I am a 46 year old mom of two girls. I know all too well what it feels like to struggle with weightloss and not know where to turn. The challenges of finding the time and motivation to prioritize your health, but I promise you it's worth it! After years of starvation diets, being skinny-fat, and unable to take off the baby weight, I finally figured out a healthy sustainable way of life!

Enhanced Hybrid Training
The best of both worlds!
Train in person and online training! This option gives you the flexibility to train in person twice a week and to have your own customized training programs on my fitness app that you can either do at home or at a gym on your own 1 or 2 more sessions a week.
